Breaking News – Search Continues For Missing Campbellford Woman

Members of the OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit have been looking along the Trent River for any sign of a Campbellford woman who was last seen on February 29, 2020.

On March 1st, 2020 members from the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a missing female from the Trent Hills area.

Nakita HAMILTON ARMSTRONG, a 25 year old female from Campbellford, was last observed on the 29th of February 2020 in the Town of Campbellford at approximately 11:00 pm.

She is described as:

· Female
· 25 years of age
· 167 cm (5’5”) 72 kg (180lbs)
· Mid-length light brown straiht hair
· Fair skin
· Clothing: black jacket, black sweater, black tights

The Underwater Search and Recovery Unit has been searching along the river and at the Ranney Falls Generating Station, but there has been no sign of Armstrong.
The Northumberland OPP is asking for the public’s assistance with this ongoing investigation and would ask anyone who may have come across Nakita HAMILTON ARMSTRONG or if you know her whereabouts, please contact the Northumberland OPP detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
