R.O.P.E. Squad Requesting Public’s Assistance Locating Man
The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of their breach of statutory release.
John Francis Macinnis is described as a white male, 54 years of age, 6′ (183cm), 200 lbs (91kg) with long brown hair and brown eyes. He has numerous tattoos on his left hand, left wrist, left forearm, upper back and abdomen.
John Francis Macinnis is serving a 2 year, 2 month and 28 day sentence for Break, Enter and Commit, Break, Enter with Intent to Commit, Fail to Comply with a Condition of Undertaking, Theft Over and Theft Under.
The offender is known to frequent the Trenton, Belleville, Cobourg and Campbellford areas.
