Theft arrest

On the 6 June 2018 members of the Peterborough Police High Risk/Bail Management Unit located a male wanted by Police for stealing from vehicles. The male was taken into custody without incident.

Charged with Theft under $5000 and Breach of probation is 25 year old Micah Drynan of Peterborough. Drynan was released from custody and will appear in court on June 21, 2018.

 

Disqualified drive arrest

On the 3 June 2018 the Peterborough Police stopped a motor vehicle on Lansdowne St. West for a Highway Traffic Act violation. Further investigation revealed that the male driver was also prohibited from driving, for a conviction of dangerous driving.

Charged with Driving while disqualified is 27 year old Sean Wickert of Peterborough. Wickert was released from custody and will appear in court on June 21, 2018.

 

Mischief arrest

On the 30 May 2018 the Peterborough Police responded to several businesses around the Parkhill Rd and George St. area regarding vandalism.   Officers attended and located numerous business windows broken by having rocks thrown through them.

The suspect was located nearby and taken into custody without incident. Charged with Mischief under $5000 is 53 year old Timothy Brougham of Peterborough.   Brougham was released from custody and will appear in court on June 21, 2018.

 

Theft arrest

In March of 2018 a local restaurant chain notice discrepancies in their accounting and contacted the Peterborough Police. Investigation revealed that an employee was misappropriating funds from the business.

Charged with Theft over $5000 is 27 year old Molly O’Brien of Peterborough. O’Brien was held for a bail hearing on June 6, 2018.
